Yes – we do! We quote international orders individually. Please enquire via our contact page and we can quote your order for you.  

Orders will be made within 2 weeks of your order been placed. 

Once your order is received, a draft clock face will be designed and sent through to your for approval. Once the design is finalised, your clock will be made and then tested for 24 hours prior to packaging for the post. 

I use the font ‘Cupcakes’ for the name area. The font ‘Bright Sunshine’ is used for the quote at the bottom or if the date of birth is displayed, the font ‘Buffalo’ is used. 

Absolutely. If you wish to have a different font, please note this request in the ‘additional comments’ space on the order. If you have a particular font in mind please note the font name, if not, please describe the font style you would like. 

Yes of course! Custom clocks are our specialty. Please complete our custom order form enquiry and we will be in touch within 48hrs to discuss your order.

Our 8 x 10 clocks weigh 1kg.
Our 6 x 8 clocks weigh 0.75kgs.

First things first make sure you change up the battery. I do recommend changing the battery in your clock at least once a year. As soon as a battery is flat you must remove and replace your battery immediately to avoid leakage and corrosion which may damage the clock motor and stop it from working. If the clock has stopped working due to battery leakage and corrosion a refund or replacement will not be provided for free. 

Killen Time have a one year warranty period from date of purchase, which does not include general wear and tear but does include mechanical issue (not related to battery leakage and corrosion). If you have any issues with your clock please contact me at killentimeclocks@gmail.com.
