Due to the custom nature of each order, returns are not accepted. 

Every items is handmade with care. If your item has been damaged in the post, please email us immediately with photos of your item and the packaging. You will be required to attend your local post office and present this to them as evidence so we can replace your order.

Killen Time Clocks ship Australia Wide! For international orders, please enquire via the custom enquiry form on our contact page and we will provide you a quote for estimated shipping fees to your country.

Killen Time clocks creates all your items to order. You can expect a 1-2 week wait from placing your order for it to be shipped. All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Postage will be calculated at checkout.
